The Organizational Seminar
"Activation: A Personal Performance Management System" can be presented through an interactive seminar that serves to introduce the concepts and tools of the system. Participants are given a manual or access to "Activation Online" and a CD Audio Review Program, to be worked with primarily after the seminar.
The seminar can be facilitated by:
- E. J. Freedberg Consultants Inc. in a two-day seminar.
- Trained members of the client organization. Internal facilitation often allows for much more flexible scheduling, in one- to three-hour sessions over a number of weeks, to better fit the work flow needs of the participants.
Train the Trainer
The Facilitator Training Session is designed to provide the opportunity to be exposed to the System, as well as practice its delivery. A facilitator does not require sophistication either in facilitation or subject matter. The concepts and tools of activation are the responsibility of the video program utilized within the seminar, and of the participant material. A Facilitation Manual, guiding the process step by step, is provided.

Whether "Activation" is delivered through self-managed learning or seminar, we offer a people manager's workshop designed to support the manager in promoting the use of the tools of "Activation" specifically, and of effective self-management overall.
